Sandia Peak
Tramway
The
Sandia Peak Tramway is the longest of its kind in the world
(2.7 miles). It elevates you to 10,378 feet above sea level
(Albuquerque is already at 5000 ft) to some of the best panoramic
views in the state. The mountain has great hiking trails (including
one back down to the bottom) and is just a short distance
away from Sandia's ski resort. While on the mountain you can
visit the Four Seasons Visitor Center and even dine at the
High Finance Restaurant. If the tram isn't to your liking
you can achieve the same elevation by driving up the back
of the mountain to Sandia Crest and then hike to Sandia Peak.
Both areas are inside Cibola National Forest and you will
have to pay a small fee to park on the property. viceroy cigs red from uk . improve battery life htc legend
